1) Where are Panah products manufactured?

Panah signature line products including shirts and ties are manufactured in Italy. To be specific ties made in Como region and shirts in Sicily. Panah fragrances are manufactured in Europe and US.

3) What kind of fabrics are used to manufacture Panah shirts?

Panah shirts are manufactured using finest Egyptian cotton from Italian mills like GR, Testa,Monti, Canclini, and Riva.

4) Do you offer bespoke service?

Yes, we do offer bespoke service. Our bespoke tailoring is not fully automated as of now hence we will send an online form to fill. The service takes approximately 3-4 weeks from fabric selection to delivery of product.

5) What is your returns policy?

Panah will gladly issue a refund or exchange if:

  • The product received by customer has been damaged in transit.
  • Product varies from actual material specification or sizing mentioned during the time of sale.
  • Request for refund has been made within 30 days of receipt of item provided the product is not worn and in saleable condition.

We are strongly committed to deliver world class online shopping experience to our customers and hence also offer goodwill returns policy in exceptional cases to frequent shoppers with a genuine grievance. Our goodwill returns policy states a customer may return the items and apply for a refund for items he/she doesn’t require anymore. We may consider the request however not legally required to grant such request. The goodwill returns policy is 100% discretionary and authorized by Head of Customer Services.

Products must be returned in a saleable condition meaning that they must be unused and in their original packaging with garment tags and any other security devices or seals still attached and intact. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any product that you wish to return and make the any deductions if there are indications that the Product, its tags, security devices or seals having been used, removed, broken or tampered with.

6) Do you ship international?

Yes! Although we are currently focused on catering European clients we will be more than happy to fulfill international customer orders. All international customers will be responsible for the import duties or customs charges with the exception of EU countries.For any assistance with regards to import duties in your country please contact our customer services.

7)Which countries do you ship perfumes ?

We ship perfumes to:

EU (  Network coverage by road ) – 9.99 GBP

Scandinavia ( Sweden, Norway, Denmark ) – 9.99 GBP

US  ( All deliveries handled by our warehouse facility in Delaware ) -11.99 GBP

RUSSIA: ( Moscow and St. Petersburg Region only) – 25 GBP

Middle East ( UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Oman ) –  11.99 GBP

All shipments to gulf countries leave once a week on Wednesday from US. Please make sure to order before Tuesday so there is enough time to prepare  shipments. Delivery time is between 2-3 weeks. Express shipping is available with additional $40 charge.

LATAM : Brazil – 25 GBP

ASEAN: Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia – 15 GBP ( Inquire for others)

Australia/Canada – 25 GBP

Rest of World : Fedex and DHL are able to deliver in majority of countries. Please send us query for specialized quote.

8) What is the shipping charges and delivery time lines?

UK – Free delivery ( 3-5 days)

EU- Flat 9.99 GBP ( DPD/DHL takes 5-8 days depending on location)

US- Flat 9.99 GBP ( DHL/Royalmail/USPS  takes 7-10 days )

Asia – Flat 15 GBP ( DHL/Royal Mail takes 7-10 days)

Delivery for fragrances may vary due to restrictions and special handling charges.

9) US customers import duties and returns facility query?

Due to increased demand from our US clients we have now a warehouse facility in US to return the goods.  US customers are allowed to import goods worth $800 without paying any import duty as per new notification by US Customs.
